Urbanity is a Seattle-based lifestyle clothing boutique for top-tier men’s and women’s urban/contemporary clothing. They strive to provide our customers with the very best and most exclusive products in footwear, clothing, hats and accessories. Plus, they offer styling and consulting services!
HOW DID WE HELP?
We took this local retail store and expanded its horizons from in-store to online sales. The website we developed was not just about taking the business online; it was about creating a seamless, professionally-built e-commerce platform for their customers and beyond.
To boost the store’s online visibility, we also meticulously added SEO metadata to all products, boosting the store and its products in search results, and ultimately attracting more traffic to the site.
Finally, we added an automated chatbot, which enables the owners and staff to provide quick customer engagement and support, guide users through their shopping journey, and address inquiries instantly.
THE RESULT
One of the standout results of this project was integrating with the store’s Lightspeed POS system, enabling real-time inventory tracking across multiple retail locations AND the online store. This integration ensured the website always reflected accurate stock levels, allowing the business to manage orders and inventory efficiently. Additionally, the site was built with custom automation for hassle-free order fulfillment.
By incorporating these comprehensive features and partnering on e-commerce strategy, this WooCommerce website created a new, consistent income stream for this Seattle-based retail business.
